About AMSP
A registered not-for-profit development organisation combining institutional experience, technical expertise and community participation.
Two decades of development implementation
Association of Multi Skilled Professionals (AMSP) was established on 10 January 2005 in Chhattisgarh. The organisation works with government departments, industries, educational institutions and local communities to deliver practical, inclusive and sustainable development initiatives.
AMSP works across human capital development, water security and sanitation, environment and climate action, community health, livelihoods, women empowerment, research, GIS, monitoring and institutional capacity building.

Vision
Empowered communities, capable institutions and sustainable development systems that improve lives and protect natural resources.
Mission
To design and implement inclusive, evidence-based initiatives through skills, participation, innovation, partnerships and professional execution.
Core Values
Integrity, transparency, participation, professionalism, inclusion, accountability and sustainability.
More than programme delivery
AMSP positions itself as a development implementation partner rather than an event-based organisation. Its role can extend from assessment and planning to community mobilisation, technical training, field implementation, monitoring, documentation and impact review.
Effective development is measured by the strength of systems and the ability of communities to continue positive change.
